I was out in the Garden today when I noticed these Belles blooming! So beautiful and exciting. I cannot wait to taste the crunch of these Bell Peppers.

Today I went out to my garden to find these little Bell Peppers popping out! I am chomping at the bit to harvest them! This is my first-year gardening and I have a very small garden but each year I will add a little bit more. This year since the end of February 2024, I have planted Red Potatoes, Gold Yukon Potatoes, Carrots, Spinach, Strawberries, Bell Peppers, Jalapeños, Lavender, Lemon Balm and Marigolds. I also planted some Kale and Rosemarry seeds, but I was unsuccessful. I will attempt those again next season, though! I will keep you updated on my Garden progress and my recipes and preserving of these yummy vegetables and herbs from my backyard garden.
